Personnel Administrator: Belgium

The home office in Belgium is looking for a person who can process all recruiting,screening and application forms for applicants interested in joining short or long term opportunities with OM all over the world.
Part of your job would be providing information via phone or email to the requests that come in and continue providing guidance to find the right place within OM for each person considering their background,desires,abilities,expectations,etc. Also overseeing the whole application-screening process until they leave the country to join the new field, as well as staying in contact with them and their families once they have reached the field.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Commitment Length: 1 year (full time)

In order to be effective you will need to meet the following requirements:

-Have a European citizenship

-Able to speak Dutch or French would be a huge asset

-Preferable full time availability

-Administration skills

-Be able to excercise good judgement and discretion in dealing with people and information

-Be pro-active in recruiting and member care

-Have general computer knowledge

-Willlingness to grow in Member Care skills.
