How do we do it?

How does OM Canada manage to mobilize churches and individuals into world mission? How do we help give hundreds of ordinary Canadians practical hands-on short- and long-term experience, alongside 5400 others from 90 nations in 110 countries and two ships? How do we channel resources into transforming lives and communities worldwide?

We do it as a small, experienced, passionate team here in Canada. A team that needs ‘every hand on deck’ to make it happen. And this team needs more people with a vision to reach the world and a willingness to serve from behind the scenes.
